    On average, how much would it be to paint a hood? Thinking about buying an aftermarket scooped hood. Would also be interested in trading anyone for a scooped hood with $300 on top!

    You talking about a whole hood or just the scoop?

    I was just quoted $1200 to repaint my hood. It would probably be less for unpainted and off the vehicle.
