... on our way to look for new toilets. Having been in the market for a 4wd for months, and getting aggravated at the used prices, as well as markups, on the oft chance our local dealer had a 4runner and wasn't marking up (hint provided on this forum) to reserve, we stumbled on a new Barcelona Red TRD ORPremium... MSRP, no silly add-ons, and no pressure to do anything. Even offered up to a 100 mi test drive, including off-road - although I would have needed to but gas.

After a 30 mile test drive, 90 minutes later we were out with the keys... as we weren't looking to buy today, they said "just bring us the check for the down tomorrow when we open"! Their current allocation of 4wd's were sold, but Salinas Toyota is straight MSRP, non-Toyota financing welcome (CUDL), and no stupid shit add-ons. Even the options were MSRP.

Happy to be here! Let the travels begin.

Just curious - what is MSRP on a 2022 ORP these days?

As a die hard Land Rover owner and lover, I HAD to go with the 4runner as it does what I need it to do without the costs and heartache of a Land Rover. I'll always keep my 71, but they don't make them like that anymore.

Mine was 47 and change - came with Wilderness, running boards, and KDSS... all things I could have done without, but they were there. Really was looking for an SR5 Premium... but hey, chance favors the prepared mind.

Thanks. You won't regret getting the OR features. KDSS is really worth the cost, in spite of what all the naysayers claim.

You had a good day looking for toilets. Welcome and congrats on the new ride. You’re gonna love the Off Road Premium with KDSS

Salinas Toyota in CA. The fact that the sale went through today in just under two hours was surprising - as was "bring the down in tomorrow". A good day indeed.

Bay Area. Well slightly below the Bay Area, but every dealership is open on Sundays in California.

Weird. They're all closed on Sundays here in Wisconsin. I just figured it was like that everywhere.
