I have a TRD Pro 2020 4runner in Magnetic Gray Metallic, everything is blacked out on the truck. I just pulled the trigger on Morimoto XB GEN 2 headlights with the amber DRL. My fog lights are diode dynamics SS3 max in amber and I have two ditch lights that are white or they can go amber with the filter.

My spring plans is to have my new bumper with a winch and bull bar that has a spot for the white led embedded into the new bumper.

I already have white smoked raptor lights that I have not installed yet and I am not sure if I want to change those to the smoked amber or not.

I have asked some of my friends but I'm still at a 50/50 ratio. I thought that having the center of the truck with the smoke white raptors and the smoked white led when I install my new bumper would look pretty cool and then have ambers on each side for the DRL and the Fog lights.

Would love to hear some opinions!

I think white looks bleh. Then again, I wish I’d have never installed mine. Everyone else hopped on the trend and now it’s like every Jeep with a decorated spare tire for Christmas.

Your truck isn’t over 80” wide. You don’t need them.

The only reason I have raptor style lights are because my DRL no more work. I converted my DRL into a second highbeam using a light bar wire harness. So I got raptor style lights to function as DRL in case I get into trouble by law. I don't know if there's any law forcing that you need to have DRL. If I had DRLs I would never install raptor style lights.

I never used my DRLs on my 2013.

    Are you in Canadia?

I was there almost 10 years in the Colorado Springs and Monument areas. Never ran into CSPD or CSP.

10 years from now we're going to view raptor lights like how we view neon underglow today

I say why put Raptor lights on anything that’s NOT a Raptor

Why not do something different-like what I did to my Tundra- no kit - bought separate parts and put it together myself - more work but Original
not happy that the top grill strip shows “dots” - but going to fix next time I have grill off - looking for the light “HALIO” effect

    looks better in dark

Squatted trucks are still around this area, some with spinning lights behind wheels so shines through rims. 10 years from now I expect someone will come up with something even more "insert word here". There is a half-squatted suburban I saw the other day with an actual surf board on top. "Right." we're 5 hours from a coast with zero waves.
At this point I don't have alot of hope left.

    Agree….

Also the raptor lights will start burning out in a few months and you’ll decide to tear them out anyway.

    Get the ambers.
