There are a few options you can go if you want to update your grille.

    1) you can buy the "Faux Toyota grille" like on my rig. I sprayed plastic primer and then some black paint on it. The Raptor lights are not screwed in and if you want them you need to screw them in yourself (They come with the grille for free).

    2) As you can see, many of us have the nasty chrome piece on the bottom that most people tend to paint over. If your bumper is dark, you are fortunate. Our friends up North tho (Canada) for the 2010-2013 did NOT have that insert in their bumpers. You can buy a Canuck bumper to have the chrome insert deleted and paint as you see fit.

    3) Then there is the most sinister of all setups, which is to facelift your front end by buying 14-21 headlight assemblies and a 14-21 front bumper cover. The bumper absorber will get replaced in the process. The cool part about doing this is that it opens you up to the massive inventory of 14+ metal bumpers, aftermarket inserts, etc. Sadly our pre-facelift setups has poor aftermarket support. I was 100% hell-belt on doing this for 2022 till seeing Henry J's and Bionic Randy's setup. (freaking sexy) Now I am re-thinking everything :bananadead:

I’ll second that one thought! Kev im in central texas. Actually Belton Texas to be exact. It’s in between Waco and Austin along i35. Do you have anymore pics of the front grille? Im guessing it’s the 4Runner lifestyle grille without the raptor lights installed?

I know this is off topic a bit but I’m wanting to black out the entire chrome “4Runner” hatch dressing on rear. Is there a full layover I can buy or will I have to replace the entire piece with a black one? I see the letters and logo layovers but not the main piece.

I know exactly where you are lol, you're on the south side of Temple. There is a vineyard really close to you my wife and I frequent just a few min from there (The Vineyard @ Florence) if you into that kind of stuff.

Let me get some photos and I will post them up.

exactly! If we are doing the wine thing it’s going to be Fredericksburg for us. Never tried Florence for that. Salado has winery which is closer to us. I know winery and vineyards are two different things but most people can get their fix at either or. Will be patiently awaiting the pics. Thanks

Totally get you, haven't had the chance to go to Fredricksburg yet, just spent the weekend out at Palo Duro Canyon (sadly the Merus Adventure Park was closed for the holidays and we could not stay for the Sunday re-opening)

Have you had a chance to try the Hidden Falls Adventure Park? Its out near Marble Falls. Im hoping to hit that up one day on the way to F-Burg

I think you sold me on the grille. I’m loving it! I thought the lack of raptor lights installed would look odd but it really doesn’t. Thanks for taking the time to post.
