First 4Runner, First Forum

Hello,

Purchased a new 2022 ORP, this will be my first 4Runner and also my first foray into building an off-road rig. I’m in the Puget Sound area, and I’ve already been communicating with Mule Expedition on a laundry list of mods. Ideally I would love to do the mods myself for the experience and knowledge, but living in an apartment with no garage and it being my only vehicle (excuses). It kind of made more sense to have a shop handle the larger stuff. This is actually the first forum I’ve ever joined as well so I’m looking forward to the advice and input!

I foresee storm trooper build.

 

Merry Christmas!! I plan to drive it around for a few months in stock fashion to get acquainted on and off-road. Also parts take a few months to get in

 

Maybe a storm trooper with, like a gold grill, since I’m already looking at some bronze Method 701’s!

Most mods are doable yourself in an apartment parking spot, as long as you have the tools. You will save a ton of money and get good experience for when you eventually need those skills on the trail.
