How long at the port?

It will be wonderful to have all this behind me and that lovely lady in my garage lol. Can’t wait to see your pics!

 

They are beginning to flow a little more. My dealer had two on the lot, including this TRD Pro.

 

That red is a sharp color. The other one....not so much.

 

Mine made it to the dealer in Tennessee yesterday - I will be flying out to pick it up on Wednesday with the wife and then the drive home to Colorado.
Picture they sent - fresh off the truck, cloudy skies - remember the storms they had. Everything I've seen is pretty incredible in the sun and especially
the woods and trails - picks up and reflects all of the colors. Can't wait to see it

 

How do you do this? I have the vin to my pro, but to activate remote services it says I have to enter a code into the screen of the vehicle. How can you have that done when it’s at port?

 

I called Lexus, gave them the VIN, confirmed the email address on my account where the VIN was registered, and they emailed me the 6-digit code.

As I stated previously though Toyota may work differently.

 

Anyone else waiting on a 4runner to arrive at the dealership in Traverse City Michigan? My army green TRD ORP hit the port 11/20 and they gave me an eta for delivery as 12/28-01/04. I have been checking the app like a psycho every day and no change to miles or gas tank. I’m going bananas!

 

Just picked up mine a few days ago - was doing same thing. My experience was that when they did something to/with the vehicle, it would through a few Notifications on the app. My Gas and Odometer didn't change until it was at the dealership. The air pressure didn't change until dealership as well. My dealer texted me last week to say it went to "GT" which means within 48 hours, and then couple hours later said it had arrived. That's when I made my air reservations....

 

Yes. I tried several times with Toyota, and got the same reply each time. They won't activate it until you have the phone and car together. I DID however, see "mileage" show up on my app (odometer = 2miles), two days after it arrived at the port. Then nothing else until I got to the dealership to pick it up.

 

Where on the app did the mileage show up? Was it in vehicle specs or just the main garage page?

Our ORP was expected to arrive early/mid January, but due to the removal of port installed options, it will actually be ready Sunday. Stoked to get it. The limited is nice, but just not for me.

 

The new Toyota vehicle prep facility at the Port of Long Beach is almost completed. They had a lot of new 4 runners spread around the storage lots, the new vehicles seem to be arriving in mass finally. Hopefully the supply chain issues are in the past now and the backlog can be reduced.

 

Mine arrived at the dealership today! Dealer to install tires, lift, roof rack and pro grille this week…. Hope to have her home within the next few days!

Love the ride - smooth (at least to me). Taking it slow on mods since I'm new to 4Runners. Already did tint and PPF on front end. RSG Sliders are supposed to be ready in a week or so. Trying to run down somewhere "mild" to get it out on a trail. Generally, just happy

 

Happy is so, so good.

How much of a lift did you do? And does it fit in a garage? Really great color

 

It does fit! Lol I think there’s 2-3 inches to spare! I believe they said it’s a 3” lift

 

Cool, I plan to put mine in the garage after I move some stuff - we have hail here and that's the only safe spot. I haven't done a lift, but have thought about it. I am taking it slow with mods - I should have my RSG sliders in the next couple weeks. Have only done tint and PPF so far.

 

The dealership did most of the big mods I wanted done lol. I may upgrade the stereo down the road, may upgrade to a trd pro exhaust down the line, changing out interior lights to LEDs today. So much fun. It was dark when I took delivery so really looking forward to today in the light hahaha

 

Congrats, you finally got it! That's the most hooked up ORP I have seen someone take delivery of yet. AG with everything else blacked out is a great look!

FINALLY my 4runner is here!!! Perfect New Years gift to myself! So here was my timeline!

Arrived at port-11/20
Delivery window-12/28 to 01/04
Arrived at dealership-12/31

Had the dealership install remote start and swap out the tires and rims. I am so obsessed!
