I did a pressure test, came back fine, I was told my radiator need replaced , so I replaced it, it was fine yesterday but I park it overnight and all the coolant has leaked out once again, seems to be coming from lower driver side of motor, pretty big leak but I can’t tell where from! Please help!

picture attached of where it is leaking it, but I can’t find the source

When you replaced the radiator, were the upper and lower radiator hoses OK? Have you checked the water pump and see whether that is OK or not? For that matter when was the water pump last replaced? What about the thermostat housing? The other hoses that at times may leak are number 1 and 2 oil cooler hoses (if it is a V6 engine, not sure about the 4) as well as the heater hoses and/or heater water valve. There are also coolant hoses that go to the throttle body but I have never seen those fail.

It has been a while that I looked in that area for the no 1 & 2 oil cooler hoses. This is what I see in the shop manual. In the diagram the LHS points to the front of the engine. You can also see the oil filter there. Again this is assuming that we're looking at the V6 engine.

I’m not sure when water pump was done last, it is my gf’s car, the hoses I could see were all dry, thermostat was done a couple months ago, I’m thinking it is water pump

How many miles on the car? You have to remove many of the components to get to the water pump and if you're doing do that, might as well replace the timing belt and its components as well.

Well if the timing belt and/or water pump have never been replaced, they're long overdue

Please change your title to be more descriptive.

    It's probably the water pump.

Once you get into it, you'll find the issue. You'll have the front of the engine off and the radiator out.
