They called me and just picked up my check, less than two weeks after I gave them my car. A good dealership. They are still selling at MSRP(with 3 month-1 year wait time) while others in my area are being crooks. Though they bought my car at $3000 over MSRP, so they will rob someone who can't wait in these crazy times. Saw a bunch of used 4Runners in the lot with prices over $55,000

 

Man it sucks when you're in need, being poor and in need sucks. I got forced to lose my dream car. Technically speaking, I am not poor, but my circumstances are poor.

 

Great news that you have your money in hand! Yes, it sucks you dont have your 4runner, but honestly, having it when it wasnt time to have it is worse, and that would just get in the way of you enjoying it.

They are selling it for $56k. It must have cost $100 to paint the scratch. plus $5000 sales tax. They are not making much honestly speaking, unless dealers are exempt from regular sales tax. Or they screw the next buyer with some warranty and stuff.
The next buyer will get a battle hardened offroader and a coated frame

 

Touch up paint maybe ! they buffed it out for now it will be back after the new sucker buys it

It is funny that if you build a TRD ORP online with every single optional feature and wheels and tires, this same dealer will give it to you at MSRP, SURELY not more than $50k, but you gotta wait
