I’m looking to see what aftermarket trd pro grille is good. Has anyone ordered from

I did for the 2010-2013 and it got here pretty quick

 

Been hearing that this is a pretty good company to get stuff from. Reputable and reliable with good customer service. I was going with the Taco Vinyl cuz it had the TRD Pro style without lerrering but as I was looking, Trail has one as well. Might just get it rom here along with some other goodies

 

I bought the Pro style grill from 4Runnerlifestyle.com for my 2021 OR and am pleased with it…

I did as well. Even had to warranty one of the raptor lights after driving four hours through a monsoon and one filled with water. Easy to deal with

 

Hi Titan34, spoke to you yesterday through PM. Hopefully you got my messages. Hands down, 4Runner Lifestyle is the way to go. No problems installing and fits perfectly on my Runner. The grille comes with the TOYOTA Letters already attached. I recently removed my Toyota letters and replaced them with 4Runner letters.

 

@DIRTRCR13 Got my 4Runner lettering from Trail Standard Off-Road. I also purchased the black plastic portion from them, so I can have a new one to put my 4Runner letters on. I previously purchased my TRD PRO Grille and Raptor lights from 4Runner Lifestyle. The only downside from ordering from Trail Standard is that the black plastic portion did not cover the grille completely. 4Runner Lifestyle's black plastic piece was spot on.

As you can see in my picture above, I had to use Lifestyle's plastic piece. From where the TOYOTA lettering used to be, you can see the little holes of where each letter was attached. I recently removed the TOYOTA lettering and put on Trail Standard's 4Runner letters.

Might want to purchase that black plastic piece from 4Runner Lifestyle and the lettering from Trail Standard.

Didn't get the grill, but got a prinsu rack. I speak in regards to the company, speedy shipping and responses.

 

I dont want lettering at all. So finding a Pro style grill without holes is what I am looking for...

How you liking the matte vinyl on the hood center?
Been contemplating that same thing. Did you do it yourself?

 

I went with different lettering, “Trail”, that didn’t align with the holes. When I took it to a shop to color match the upper they also filled the holes and shot the middle a darker black. $120 for all that…

 

@Chucklehead Thank you! It’s actually plasti-dip on the hood and bottom valance! My wife and I spent about 2-3 hours 1 day and plasti-dipped the hood and that bottom valance. A bottle of plasti-dip costs you about $10-15 compared to getting it vinyl wrapped for a few $100 dollar bills. Believe we bought 3 bottles of plasti-dip and it did the job. The bottle states that the area you plasti-dip should last up to 5-6 years.
