Anyone know how to get a hold of them? Have no contact info except to send them an email they don’t respond to.

trying to buy the SLAPS rear side storage and need to know if these will work with an SSO rack.

they don’t return emails and have no number I’ve found to call

Just read their FAQ page and it appears the only method of contact for product fitment information is to submit a request. The FAQ page lists what racks they now know their product will fit, but as you must know, your's is not amongst them.

    Good luck.

The cross rails are almost identical to the Sherpa. I’m more concerned with the height from where it bolts to the rack and goes down to the window. Don’t know if there’s clearance.

but like I said they never reply to messages and I can’t contact them.

How hard should it be to say......we don't yet know, or, we're unable to locate one for measurements? Anything but silence. :notsure:

Yeah I think it’s an awesome piece and well thought out.

their customer service just leaves a lot to be desired.

I've tried reaching out as well to inquire about current lead times but haven't received any response through their website or Instagram. The side panel looks awesome, but I'm worried about placing an order without knowing what the current lead times are. Website doesn't look like it's been updated in a while either which is a bit worrisome.

Yeah I gave up on them. I don’t care what excuse people use these days. It’s not hard to respond to an email. Three months to reply is ridiculous. Then I got the “it’s just a small family shop” blah blah blah.

I went a different route anyway. If they ever get their act together or another company makes a nicer one I’ll look into it again but I would stay away from Joes for now that’s just my opinion

Yea, that's way too long to reply to inquiries. All of the research I've seen are people who purchased from them about a year ago. Reviews look to be positive, but I'm not sure they're really producing these anymore. Plus, there's a 15% fee if you decided to cancel your order...
