Westcott Designs Rock sliders group buy

@LostHusker I would assume that if you are able to talk with Westcott and get a tentative discount amount (I.e. “20% off if we get 20 buyers…”) it would help gain traction here.

People want to know what the benefit of the group buy is before they “buy-in” so I really think this would help us get more participation of you can get those tentative numbers.

The person who started it all was in contact with Westcott yesterday, hoping to find out some more details later today so I can pass them along to you all. Westcott told them they have enough between the three sites to start moving forward. More to come

I was waiting for the Black Friday deal when this showed up on Tacomaworld, so it was pure timing

 

I’m interested, I really like the ways these fit.

I currently have some metaltech 4x4’s and they stick out pretty far from the rocker panels.

assuming there is a worthwhile savings on the group buy I’d be interested but at full msrp I’m out.

angled, kick out, no plate, DOM, tig, black powder coat.

Much appreciated. I know for myself I was going to order one way or the other but even if the discount is not what others consider a big deal, it's still better than nothing. I just feel lucky on the timing

@LostHusker I read the TW post. Here’s the list that Greg at TW has of those interested. 4Runners.com group names are also on list that were forwarded. From what I understood after reading Greg post, he asks that we send him our name, username shown on the list, email and phone number to gregnauman@att.net He needs a minimum of 20. Then he will send the information to his contact at Westcott. Discount is 15%.

Some sliders I see have like an L bracket instead of just a flat metal to screw onto the chassis... isn't that better?
