Canadian owners- how long of a wait?

I have my 2022 TRD Pro as “I’m yard” status with no real delivery date as there’s accessories missing on a variety of Toyota models. So it cannot leave the compound and head to the store until it’s all complete.


Has anyone else experienced this or know how long the wait could be ?

Can’t say for sure, but here’s what I found with the ‘21 Off-Road I ordered earlier in the year in the Greater Toronto Area:

• ordered with deposit at end of May;
• confirmed allocation around end of first week of June with ETA of mid July;
• made it to dealership second week of August and took ownership then

I wanted a specific model and colour so it was a factory order, which may have parallels to your situation. That said, I imagine things have only gotten worse since I ordered…

 

yeah for sure they have. I was just lucky in the sense that they already had a pro at the yard. My question is; how long do they keep them at the yard in Toronto before shipping to the store

 

For me… guessing it couldn’t have been more than a week, but I had only a handful of options and they were pretty vanilla.
