How do people figure out the ship their new ride is on?

I'm wondering if there's a way to figure out the ship my new vehicle is on?

 

Ask your dealer. They can get the info.

 

It depends on the area you live in as to what port it goes to. If you find out from your dealer when the its supposed to ship you can go to the website below and see what carrier ships are leaving soon and see where they're going. They'll leave out of either Nagoya or Toyohashi.

It's going to Iowa so I'm guessing it'll be a Southern port but I'll have to wait until Monday now to ask.

I'll still do some sleuthing though as it's supposed to arrive on 9/24.

 

It may be Portland. I live in the midwest and thats the supposed port mine went to. It landed on August 19th and I'm waiting any day for a call that it's at the dealer

 

Mine arrived at the port on 8/10. I am in Midwest and the entry port is Portland for me. Still waiting for the call from dealer. Hopefully next week.

 

Once I knew it had shipped, I looked up what car carrier ships had just left Toyohashi, Japan heading to Jacksonville (SE Toyota), and I found it. Mine was on the New Century II. From port, it took about 10 days delivery to North Carolina.
