Just wanted to warn the community about Oempartsource.com BUYER BEWARE. Bought some parts over a week ago because they had the lowest prices around. Never had any issue in the past but its been a few years since I’ve shopped with them. No updates, no one answers the phone and they don’t respond to emails.

A quick google search shows many dissatisfied customers experiencing the same issue. Orders placed then BAM no response. Several customers often times having to resort to doing a chargeback.

I will be shopping for my OEM parts elsewhere from now on. Just wanted to share my experience.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve bought from them before but will definitely take this info into consideration when buying Oem parts in the future.

No worries. Just wanted to get the word out. I’ve already initiated a dispute.

Agreed with the OP, my experience has been abysmal with them.

Thanks for the info. I usually order online from local dealerships and pick up. it’s not the cheapest route but they automatically email confirmations, status and tracking promptly.

Local tax is usually cheaper then shipping

I was able to initiate a chargeback and just ended up ordering through bamwholesale parts. They also have a 20% off shipping coupon. Now the waiting game lol

I found Lakeland overstock parts had a few things that my local dealer couldn’t get. It’s in Florida
