2021 SR5 Premium lifted 2 inches with factory TRD rims and nitto tires. That is my current setup. I want aftermarket rims but am not sure what size to go with that will give me about an inch of tire sticking out past the fenders. I am not too savvy when it comes to offsets and such. 17's? 18's? 20's? Current rims are 17x7.

There is a buttload of information on this subject here if you do some reading. Personally i like the 17” wheels, but that is just my opinion. Do a search for more info. I do not know if these pics. help you but?

Probably 17x8.5, -10mm should bring out the tire a bit. Just expect it to more than likely rub on the body mount.
