Transfer Gearbox rear output shaft seal leak?

    2019 with 22,500 miles.

    Anyone else have a rear output shaft seal leak? It is very minor as the truck was parked all week in the garage with nothing on the floor. Going to have a dealer take a look shortly.

    I have not looked at the maintenance manual yet but assume it is a fairly quick job.

    Had the same exact leak in my 97' Tacoma when it was still under the power train warranty.

    Dealership fixed it quickly and easily, no problems after that.

    Thank you. I assume it is a fairly simple drive shaft drop and pull the seal.

    I didn't watch them fix it but yes, I believe so.
