My drivers door is the only door that unlocks from the key fob and master switch. Very rarely will the passenger and rear doors unlock. The windows work fine. I tried using a different master switch I bought off ebay which was taken out of a 2009, problem still remains.
Is it the actuators on the doors? I cant find answers anywhere about this issue. There use to be an after market alarm in this car which was removed.

I'm guessing the door lock actuators are going out.

So I just got done replacing the passenger side actuator, problem still remains... I used both master switches that I have, all doors lock but only drivers door will unlock. There was a aftermarket alarm put in and taken out of this vehicle in the past so I don't know if that is the problem, the wiring looks fine to me. I'm wondering if I should just buy a new master switch from the dealership since that was my local repair guy said was/is the problem.
This is by far the most annoying repair Ive ever had to deal with.

Oh and all the doors lock and unlock just fine while the car is running in drive position, not parked though. WTF :frustrated:

So I paid the toyota dealership to run a diagnostic and the body ecu is bad. $1,100 for them to repair it... anyone have the part number for the body ecu?
