Getting a 2021 SR5 Premium in 2 weeks or so. What goodies should I get?

Not sure if they ever upgraded the reverse lights, upgrading the bulbs was a huge upgrade for driving backwards in my 18.

Not sure why this tablet doesn't do hyper links (phone still does), but you could spend some time on the carterim home site under 4runner and find all kinds of little items.

 

I’ll have to see if we can handle all the silver but I don’t see an overlay for the 2021s

 

Could always wrap it. I did most of mine to get rid of the gloss black, days before the over lays hit the market.

 

Can you takeoff the steering wheel panels in the door panels. The trim pieces I mean

Hey how much of a difference did the speakers make?? I was thinking of doing a oemaudio plus upgrade but damn it’s expensive.

Got the 4Runner yesterday. The wife already wants black roof rails. On a side note we had a couple of accessories installed. They forgot to include them on the sale and now they want to re do the loan or have me straight up buy it all. I’m torn because I signed all the paperwork with the assumption they were included as they should have been. Not sure how to feel about it. AnywAys here it is!

Led's. I would think some brighter silverstar halogen bulbs would be better then stock also.

 

What accessories? The running boards and exhaust tip? Have them taken off as they are not worth the dealer pricing.

The roof rails can be painted easy enough.

 

If yer talking high beams I suppose. Mine has led fogs and low. I ordered her the oem audio plus system today. I’d been saving some cash. I knew she’d hate the stock. She’s kind of an audiofile.

 

Was talking reverse/back-up lights.

 

If you’ve already signed the papers and they forgot all that, sucks to be them I guess.

 

Yeah I took the damn high road. lets hope karma comes around. but I completely agree with that statement.

 

Also. I got the tires and rims on.

 

The speakers made a difference. The stock speakers for the 4Runner are these cheap pieces of junk. Pull one off and you will see what I mean. Highly recommend over the stock speaker to get an upgrade.

 

Years of gunfire, explosives and standing in front of the speakers at rock concerts have made the regular speakers just fine.

Congrats on your new rig! One mod I did on my ‘21 TRDP was add a Ram Mount to hold my cell phone. Found a great how-to video on YouTube put out by SnailTrail4x4. Search for “Installing a Ram Mount on a 5th Gen 4Runner”. It took me about 30 minutes to complete.
