    It’s basically a plastic nut, there’s a metal stud that sticks out and that goes on it. You have the same thing on the other side as well.

    He got a call about his car's warranty being expired and the nice gentleman from overseas was willing to help him fix it simply by getting access to his computer remotely. He clearly left some stuff behind.
