Planning on blacking out my wheels today and started to put her up on jack stands. When i lowered one side down on the jack stand, the tire will touch the ground again. Is this a pretty normal thing?

It was the droop on the suspension. I was jacking from the axel and am used to working on sports cars. Didn't expect them to move that much!

it definitely moves more than a car suspension!

3" lift, 33” BFG muds, Aircraft Landing lights, Tractor muffler... The usual stuff.
Where were you jacking from? And where did you put the jack stands? When you just have jacks in the front, the rear will lift up because of the change in weight distribution, causing it to look like the frame is bending.

    spacer lift front 1inch
I was changing the rear diff/6speed manual transmision gear oil in a 2013 Dodge challenger had a good sized floor jack . was looking only at where I was jacking for the lift so I could get to the tranny drain/fill plugs. when I got to the height I needed I had 3 wheels off the ground the 2 rear wheels and the left front. all the weight was on the right front wheel. never seen that before but I only work on trucks /cars with full frames . [old cars].Had to jack up both sides in the rear to get the lift and place stands in place.

no flex on the new cars today .
