    None yet, got it yesterday!
I used to get them really bad from 55-65 when I went to the TuRD wheels and 275 KO2's, but took it back, they rebalanced them, and it's been great for thousands of miles since.

My apologies if it was already covered, but 2010-2012s had a known issue with the transmission (assuming it an A750).

Here is the bulletin (if you google 2010-2012 Shudder 4Runner A750 it should come up, not sure if link works). It sucks.

    Hopefully a transmission flush works. . . if not, toruque converter. . . after that. . . rip :(

@Kennyp did you just change the fluid or have it flushed? I'm having the exact same problem in my 2013. Already balanced the tires and changed the mass air flow sensor. Its not as bad, but still can duplicate it. Happens at 25 & 40 mph and get an apparent shudder.

Try putting it in 4hi at 25 while you're experiencing the vibration (while travelling straight). If it disappears in 4wd, it is probably your front differential needle bearing.

Not a 4wd. Just talked to my neighbor who was a Toyota tech and he suggest trans flush then check the torque converter if it continues. Just bought this car and hoping its nothing ma$or!

Oh, yeah, definitely not the front diff then. I hope it's a simple fix!

    BTW, Welcome to the forum!

Thanks and Thank you! I have a 2005 too with 216k mile on it. Haven't had any problems with it. Loving this body style though.

My '03 was a rock. I really hope this one has the same longevity. So far, so good!

New guy here, but I had a similar problem with my wife's Honda CRV a few years back. It would shudder and vibrate between 25mph-40mph. If I gunned it from the jump there were no issues but if I just drove normal it would vibrate right at that second gear change. We tried a number of different things thinking it was the wheel or tires, alignment, transmission, etc but it never went away...ended up being a bad CV boot causing the issue for us. Different type of vehicle I know, but maybe another avenue to check out if anyone is experiencing something similar in their 4runner and have tried everything else they can think of.

So it ended up being the tranny. Had the transmission flushed and it was still doing it between 2nd and 3rd gears. Replaced the tranny with a used 67k miles on it and it’s driving great.

the transmission fluid does a proper flush. drop the pan clean up the pan put in the new filter add the new fluid open the coolant fluid line transmission runs at Idle and the fluid pours out then when the fluid drops out 1QT .. shut engine off then add the new fluid in the transmission.. have to check the discolored fluid out of the line.. then when the fluid looks like new , then check the fluid level temp when running @114 F temp...to have the correct level .
probably the torque converter will had debris in it and shifting is erratic...
some will have a tranny fluid cleaner product and many will fix the shifting issues .then they flush out the fluid again and the transmissions work ..
