How Much Time Does It Take To Install a Full Size Front Bumper

From measuring where to tape (for the body cut) to putting away the last wrench. Include the time to hook up the winch, switches and lights.

A buddy, who is a fabulous shade tree mechanic, will do most of the work. I'll be little more than a jack stand.

It took us about 3 hours to install the rear bumper and about 1 hour to do our front 1/2 bumper. The hardest part about that bumper is the fender cut sections. And that doesn’t even look bad looks like one long straight cut.

 

2 days if you don't have power tools.

 

I was expecting a bumper swap to take 2 full days. This is great info. Getting it done in one day is surprising. Will be at least a month before I place the bumper order. I am currently waiting on 4x Innovation rock sliders.

 

About 20 beers if they’re 5% ABV.

 

So... it is a 2 day job.
