If you're not looking for a lift, but instead just want to reduce body roll, I'd recommend the Bilstien 5100's front and back, I'd imagine the entire setup runs $500 for parts.

As for installs, I have a friend who said he got some work done at a place called Spider Offroad in Southhaven I think. However, if you're wanting to do the work yourself a few of us here can help you, it's not very difficult to do and would take a few hours.

Bonus, if you go with Bilstien 5100's, the front have a clip you can adjust to remove some of your rake (to level, or just reduce rake some but not completely level for towing and hauling).

A couple years ago a friend of mine said 4WheelParts was under new managers and was reasonably good. Typically 4WP is kinda a joke but might be worth a call to see what install would run.

Or, as Fajitas said, It's not that hard. Changing rear coils was most annoying thing to me. If all you do on rear is shock swap, that's like 15 minutes of work. If you buy assembled coilovers for front, also super easy and quick. Swapping your existing springs, tophats, etc to new front shocks isn't that bad of a job either.

If you have tools and a flat area to work, a couple guys could knock it out in a couple hours.

Thanks for the replies. I know my handyman limits and this probably exceeds them. The problem is patience and I just tend to grab a bigger hammer to hurry things along, then they go south. The Bilstein 5100s are probably the route I will take, since I am not trying to gain more lift.

The boat like ride has got to go. The Eibach lift/level is interesting as well.

Understood, I'll ask about that shop and get back with you.

If you change you mind and want to learn, we enjoy teaching and helping. If you plan to take the vehicle off road, you'll want to learn to fix it on the trail too in case something happens.

    @fajitas21
I dont know why i thought your 4R had fewer switch blanks. It's the same, right?

And this is what S2s on Cali-raised low profile brackets looks like.

Afternoon folks. I’m still new here but was wondering if any of you were in the Memphis area. Me and my buddy went to Hawks Pride on factory street tires and had a blast. Was gonna see if we could get more of us to go, or go riding somewhere.

    I'm up in tipton county.
Always see lifted 4runners in collierville but those might be prom queens (just for looks at the golf parties).

Anybody hear have techstream and could help me program new keys to my ‘12 runner. I’ve lost all of mine and I’m in a tight spot. Or does anybody have any suggestions for a auto locksmith?

Sorry man I can't think of anyone offhand with that other than a dealer.

We did get together a few weekends ago, we'll have to do something again soon.

Also @Icingdeath sorry I didn't see your post earlier, welcome to the group.

Hey yall. Taking my 8 year old to Arkansas next weekend to dig for crystals. Staying in hot springs, and digging about an hour from there in Mt. Ida. Have yall done any easy trails around there that you would recommend?

I have not. I tend to stay more North in AR for fishing. But I have been curious about that gem digging place. Let us know what it's like out there.

Yeah, there are a lot of great trails north of there in the eastern Ouachitas. You use GAIA or anything? I'm linking a gpx file of some good ones in that area below:

I have an AFE Momentum cold air intake with dry filter and prefilter. Lists about $500 new all together.
Any local interest if i wanted to sell it at maybe $375? Not sure if i really want to yet. Had it on for about 1.5 year maybe, would have to look it up.

Alignment is all wrapped up, drives like a new truck now. Huge thanks to @fajitas21 for the help and expertise. I'll get some better photos up soon, but here's one to hold you guys over.

Did you measure to see how much lift you ended up with?

Nope. I really should have measured it up before doing it too, but of course I didn't.

No problem, my built in eye-crometer says the final measurement is "gnarly."

It doesn't deal in numbers, sorry.
