Hi All! I have a stock head unit from my '15 sr5 Premium from when I had switched it over to an Alpine unit. As far as I'm aware, it's in perfect working order.
When I traded, I didn't switch them back so I'm just sitting on it.

I've seen various things as far as people wanting stock head units, and just wondering if anyone has any input. I've seen them listed for upwards of $500, but I guess I just don't understand if it's a real need out there, or if it's just old listings.

Any input on if people actually want these for spare parts, and if so/where to sell?

    Appreciate you guys, as always!

probably not much need imo. I mean if you are in need of a new head unit, you'll most likely get an aftermarket one.

Good to know...Was this recent? I've never sold anything online before, so this is all new to me. (and scary, I've heard so many ebay/paypal horror stories from sellers)

That's why I was asking, but I have seen people on the hunt for them for one reason or another. Just trying to get an idea if it's worth my time or not.

I had mine up on forums and FB groups for like $75 then $50 forever, with zero interest. Then I put it on eBay starting at $50, and it sold for $350.

yeah might just want to put it on ebay and see. I mean something like that on dedicated forum like this seems like there'd be less interest. People buy all kinds of stuff on ebay. Wider pool of people looking to maybe fix a broken head unit but not interested in aftermarket.
