Welcome to the site. How're the head gaskets on that 3.0?

No problems yet why is it something that is a problem for these motors? Do you know why sometimes when we start it strokes at low rpms and dyes? Maybe a bad head gasket?

Unfortunately yes. The 3.0 is notorious for blown head gaskets(BHG). If yours are fine then make sure u keep 'er runnin cool. The cure is simple but expensive(headers).

There was a recall on the head gaskets for the 3.0's. If you call toyota and have them run your vin, you may still be able to get them replaced for freeeeee under waranteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Not quite sure what u mean by 'stroke' ? As for headers, u have a couple choices: Doug Thorley or LC Engineering. Both high quality products.
