I agree with you, I was like oh no way. The OEM's on my truck look better than that one. I even sent them photos of my OEM's, since they wanted so much documentation from me.

 

Yeah if they replace them then you're good but up to you if you want to wait.

 

Right now I have to wait and see what they have to say. I'll give them until the end of the week.

 

I had issues as well with USR. Posted pics in this thread. My return process took forever too! The USR customer service isn't the best.

Yeah, I saw your post. Makes me think I would be better off with a refund instead of getting them replaced. Not really understanding their return process or their arrangement with Depo. The pics say it all and I contacted them immediately.

 

Thanks, sometimes you just get lucky. I usually have good experiences, so I don't worry too much when I order something.

I might give these a try. I’m returning my Depo lights from USR.

 

yeah USR refunded me but it just took so long for the overall return process. I like the lights from CARID but not sure to go clear lens or smoke lens. Living in Bay Area so idk.

 

I’m kind of liking that smoked lens with my magnetic grey. I’m getting frustrated with USR customer service and return process. If I don’t hear form them tomorrow I’m going to dispute the charge with Amex. (Already spoke to them for advice)

 

man, good luck with USR, they are a PIA to deal with.
smoke with the gag grey will be nice. I'm blacked out from windows, paint and emblems with bronze TRD wheels so maybe, maybe the clear over the smoke for me.

 

They have been a PIA. With that set up, the clear sounds good.

 

I've had eagle eye tails about a year now zero issues. Is a thread somewhere in this forum

Still waiting on my anzos it's been 2 weeks hope they're worth it

 

Some pics of the anzos. They’re brighter than I expected, especially since they are smoked. I’m satisfied.

 

I installed the Eagle Eye tail lights yesterday after work. Took about 30 minutes total and they look great. Even with the smoked lenses they are much brighter than the the stock lights.

An inline resistor is included to prevent any electronic errors with the computer due to wattage differences with the led vs incandescent bulbs.

My wife did not understand the "need" for the upgrade until she saw the function check with one new vs one existing light.

 

looks great! are the turn signals sequential? I'm debating on the clear or smoke lens.. I'm blacked out from color, badges and windows.. maybe the smoke lens might be too much.. thanks..
