What do you guys think of the Pedal Commander? Is it worth it? Will it cause any problems on the 4Runner?

Try typing this search into Google:

    Pedal Commander site:4Runners.com/

It'll take you days to go through it all. :)

    You'll also find out it's a love/hate relationship...

Your right foot can do everything these $300 gadgets can do. But they seem to be quite popular judging by all the threads.

I think it's more love for people with it, and hate for people who don't want to spend the $ to find out.

It just amazes me how so many people purchased this item (myself being one of those) and have been totally happy with the performance of said product for several years. Then someone jumps in calling snake oil, and a waste of money, but have never tried the product, but can legitimately say you can get the same response with your foot. I have been using my Peddle Commander since 2017, and am more than happy with it. So i guess what I’m saying is unless you have tried it for sometime, and then decided it is bunk maybe it is best to just skip on by this thread.

Ive heard nothing but good things about it. Main thing I’m worried about is breaking something on the car

The naysayers above do not have one. And no, your foot can’t do what “these gadgets” can do. It’s an electronic calibration of your gas pedal.

I love mine. You can find them for about $245 shipped

It hasn't hurt anything on mine yet (knock on wood)
    And my rig is heavy
I've seen them on heavier rigs with no issues
    Just sayin

Not sure which threads I enjoy more. The KDSS bashing or the SB/PC bashing.

I hated my PC, acted up on two different trail trips. Put me in limp mode. Pulled it off and clear the codes both times. Got the SB and not one problem.
