I am about to trade for a 2015 limited 4runner with 43,700 miles with 1.99 interest rate my question is do they really get 21on the highway I don't think that computer that figures the mileage is accurate what are your thoughts?

Is that 1.99% loan from DCU? I just got the loan yesterday. Pretty sweet rate right?

As for the Limited I'm not sure it will give 21mpg because of its full time 4wd. I can't be sure because I haven't taken my Limited on a long highway trip. In city it gives around 15.8-16mpg with my wife's aggressive driving style + lift and 285/70r17 tires
However I've seen 21mpg with stock size A/T tires on long highway trips on my TRD Off-road. Now with lift and 285 A/Ts I get 19ish mpg on highway trips.
Again this would depend on the speed and how aggressive you drive.

Let me tell you this, no other trim has full time 4wd and my wife loves it as she doesn't have to switch back and forth to 4wd when there is snow / ice patches on road in winter.

Driving "style" is huge when looking for MPG's. If you drive a bit on the aggressive side 15-17 might be more realistic. With 275-70-17 we typically see 15-19. Full-time 4WD... it's hard to say. Fill your tank to the brim, go on a normal drive, check your miles and fill up again, do the math and you'll get alot more accurate MPG than the computer will give you. I never really took the computer's calculation to heart.
