With the full length rack, is there still room enough to vent the sunroof? I should probably watch the install video. I’m guessing the answer is there somewhere. Thanks

The sunroof only lifts about an inch to vent, in the rear. Since these are extruded crossbars that are able to be installed anywhere along the length of the rack, you can just... not install them over the sunroof if clearance is an issue.

That's correct, but you should be able to adjust the bars to allow it to vent with all of them installed.

Does the grey 4Runner have a roof rack on its roof rack?

Any comment on aluminum supplier and the previous comments about longevity and sag?

Each rail is rated for 31,00 psi of pressure. There are 8 rails on the full rack. They are more than sufficient in this application for loading the normal gear associate with our hobbies.

The goal is to load appropriately. You don’t want to load up a bunch of Olympic weights down the middle of the rack.

No just a RTT on the rack.

Does anyone know if there is any way to mount a light bar to the front of the rack that is larger than the 40 inch cut out would accommodate?

I am using the factory roof rails on my 2019 4runner and the Victory cross bars appear to be exactly what I'm looking for. My only concern is clearance when mounting my RTT. I have the same RTT shown on your website (Free spirit adventure series) but there's simply not enough room under the factory rood rails to get the clamps in and secured. Are you guys using the factory roof rails on the picture shown on your website? If so, how easy (or difficult) was it to mount the RTT using the victory cross bars?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

The crossbars are very low profile. With most things you will mount, you can simply lift the notched side of the crossbars to install your hardware. With a RTT that is a little more difficult, so you have two other options. You can use RTT mounting brackets (there are lots of options) that raise the tent up from the crossbars. You can also do what I did quickly before a long trip and remove the factory rails with the crossbars attached, mount that to the tent and then place it back on the roof.

The cutout fairing designed for 41.25" max lens housing width single row LED light bar. Up to 43.5" (mounting stud width) bar will fit with our mounts, but you will have to trim the fairing.

I noticed some of the pictures have the wind deflector strip on the front and rear and in some they don't. Personally I think it's pretty tacky but understand the concept. Doesn't those strips rub the paint finish? Am I going to have to buy and additional clear 3M strip to protect my paint from rubbing under the weather stripping? Is the front fairing adjustable to still clear the roof but not need the weather stripping?
Like the design but want to know for sure that it'll work for what I'm picturing.

It is best to use the weather stripping. That way you can push the fairings down against the roof to prevent any flex or vibration at higher speeds. I would recommend some additional 3M paint protection film underneath the weather stripping. Dust/rocks can get under the weather stripping over time and could eventually damage the paint. The paint protection film will prevent that from happening.

Is the clearance between roof and cross bar at least the same as the factory cross bars? Need to be able to use my existing Yakima Rocketbox. Has the built in clamps that slide under the cross bars.

I believe it is less because the factory crossbars are quite a bit thinner. There is about 1" between the roof and bottom of the crossbar.

We do not have one currently with a light bar cutout at the shop. Here is a customer photo.
