But, i have amperage, (amp clamp) on one, then the other, and both?

Edit- kinda thought it was enough to show. But, rad,... use your hammers.

Also, started the rig, on the second cell, detached from the oem location, eyelet off the oem location positive... Aka- just the second.... man, dunno why your all up in my shit.

Another edit- also, your hammers dont rest ar a specific voltage, well, my agm, does, so, it is HIGER, than rest, (with my amp clamp on) seems like its gettin a charge. Not like a peice of wood, or IE your hammers.
    Another edit- clown

One appeared in a driveway up the street. I thought cool. Then I Googled it-his model was close to 200k.

Those things are insanely expensive. Though, to be honest - I am getting more and more drawn to the idea of getting a UTV as a dedicated off-road rig to be hitting the trails with. Most of the trails are very far from where I live so if I jack up the 4Runner - it would not bode well for returning home. So I am thinking 4Runner as a overlander and camping/towing machine, and then something like this for actual trail riding

:bowdown::cheers: Oh snap - a real electrician in da house! Well played.
I was trying to keep my layout as close to the original design as possible for ease of comparison.

Outfitted the wife’s 4Runner with 17 inch Fuel Vapor wheels. She caught the bug as I was doing some mods to my car. So now I’ll be spending double the money moving forward. While I didn’t do anything to my runner today I did do something for it.

Ordered a set of black MR315’s with 295/70/17 STT Pros, Total Chaos UCA’s and Toytec 1” body lift kit. Planning on keeping the TRD wheels and come winter buy snow shoes.

I know what I’ll be doing this weekend. Just gotta find my Dremel, BF hammer and cutoff wheel.

Can’t wait to see the outcome. I’m thinking of going with a body lift and 35s on the GX. Wife’s 4runner will have to stick with the 33s haha

It came with a rack, I’m debating on ordering the ladder. I’m digging the yellow fogs. Any suggestions on window visors?

I agree with @captrussia253. However, I installed them but did not like the way the bottom of the driver/passenger visor pressed against the window molding. Removed them after a few weeks ... just personal preference. There was nothing wrong with the quality.

Edit: For reference, an earlier post of mine has a photo with visors installed.

hahaha...I’m right there with you. Working on convincing the wife to throw new tires on both cars. She’s the practical one and wants to try and use them as much as we can before we switch over.

I ordered a new chrome hitch cover......because I got rear-ended this morning. It absorbed everything, and put a hole in his bumper (5mph hit). He gave me $40 and we went on our way. Put a metal hitch cover on, people! Don't forget your 10,000lb pin/bolt through the holes to keep it in place.

I installed the Rago modular storage panel shelf. I got it done just before the sun went down. I installed it all the way up. I had a little help from my dad at the end of it to help me tighten up the nuts faster. So far so good. It seems solid enough. Not too noisy when driving but there is a bit on more substantial bumps. Rear view mirror visibility is 99% unaffected. There's maybe a sliver at the very top that gets blocked, but it's fine. It was the "blemished" sale one, and it looks fine. There was maybe a little bit of scuffing on the powder coat on the plates that go on the front end of the truck. I was more upset that I put a little ding in the ceiling when one of those plates slipped and swung upwards while I was holding it up, but I'll get over it.

Same here! I thought I had everything set on what I was after. Hell, I just recently received a Black Toyota Exhaust tip that I purchased strictly on a whim after seeing some images here! Now, I'm looking into a roof rack, hitch step, canvasback liner, some rotopax, and even tempted to bump up to 285s in the future, even though I KNOW that's total overkill for me. *laughs* :spending:

That reminds me. I should check mine that came preinstalled on my TRD exhaust. It looked fine when I installed it last summer, but I heard that the salty winter can do a number on it.

295s on a 7" wide wheel is a dangerous game to play. I run 295s on a 8" wheel and still can't get a great contact patch even at 30 PSI in the back.

Plenty of people run 285s, not great either but yes it works. Not a lot out there running 295s period let alone on a 7" wheel which is an even worse idea. Any tire shop that knows what they are doing will refuse to even mount them for you.

Haven’t taken delivery yet but the parts pile is growing:
    Aries aero tread running boards
    Badge overlays
    Husky liners
Interior and rear plate led bulb kit
    Ddm tuning led drl kit
    Pro grill knockoff
    White raptor lights.

this will be my wife’s car so the mods will be mild considering it’ll be 90% street driven.
