Its for sales on his website. It will be pretty interesting to see what it goes for because that is a really really clean example, why cant I ever seem to find these deals.

I too comment on that video. That is a really cool 4runner. And how on earth that has such low miles. One who buys a 5 speed manual trans should be an enthusiast right? No idea why it was not driven.

I hope the ODO is not adjusted. (I don't know if that kind of scams happening here but I know that is a big scam happening in Asia.)

I doubt the ODO was adjusted, it looks like an <30,000 mile vehicle

Current bid on this is over 22K. Amazing.

My 4Runner is less rusty underneath. I have 260k miles.

My interior is not near that nice. I would agree with the mileage, but she's been sitting out in a Northern environment for a bit.

Mine has less rust and no tears in the interior or cracks in the dash with the oem stereo. I think the current bid is a little low currently, but I don't think by much. You could still get a clean automatic and fit a manual transmission, it cant cost more than 10k to do. What do you think its going to go for? I say ~26k.

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
Cant stand that guy. He over articulates everything he says. The funny thing is, if you look at some of his original videos, he speaks normally.

Carfax shows it went from NYC to TX in 2018. So it was up north in the salt for 18 years. Granted, it didn't see much but it definitely is evident based on the aluminum oxide like on the calipers and the unprotected iron surface rust that's visible on the axles and fasteners and exhaust. But not enough exposure to really do much else.

I still wouldn't put $22k in a car like that. There's still too much plastic that degrades over time and even low mileage cars will have issues eventually. $18k would have been my limit.

*BUT* I still view these cars as more of a used car than anything. This may be one of the last original manual 4wd 3rd gen with that low mileage left. It certainly ticks all the boxes.

It's a good find, definitely, but I agree - I wouldn't pay that much for it.

~28K miles and quite a few door dings and a few bumper dents.
