Thought we’d share some more pictures and exact weight of the 17x8.5 +0 offset wheel.

Final weight: 22.45 lbs

 

WOW they look great! way deeper concave than the oem wheels. Will the -10 offset be deeper concaved than the 0 offset wheel pictured?

 

Also can you provide the measurement of the center cap? thank you.

The -10 offset will have the same concavity but more "back padding" where the wheels mount onto the vehicle hub bore. We'll be doing some test fits so we'll try and get those measurements for you.

We've been running tests but can't seem to replicate the issue. Do you mind clearing your browser cache and trying again?

 

There were no files for the site for me to clear on Firefox, but I tried it on a couple other browsers anyway. No bueno.

 

I just gotta ask - why would anyone want a black wheel with a glowing red spot in the middle of it?

It comes with black or matching color to the wheel caps that adhere to the red cap for the exposed red ring effect like my oem trd pro caps.

 

Hey guys,

We were able to test fit the 17x8.5 +0 offset wheels today on a stock height 4Runner Pro with a set of Falken Wildpeaks 265/70/17. Had no rubbing on full lock and a bit of clearance left over. The stance is much better compared to stock wheels and the poke is just at the fender. What do you guys think?

 

The center cap measures at about 3.5 inches in diameter.

 

it looks like the measuring tape isn’t flush on the left side it might actually be pretty close! The oem ones measure 3.3 inch.

 

Very interesting! Only concern we would have would be with the clips on the back properly clipping into the center hole. Other than that looks like they might possibly fit.

 

I know you provide caps but If your consumers have the option to purchase oem TRD caps (that aren't double side taped on) and pop them in as a direct replacement this would be a huge plus from a selling stand point. I’ll definitely experiment with it when I get the wheels and let you know the caps are only like $20

 

Only one way to find out! On that note im subscribed to this ready to buy a set but are you doing any group buy? I saw you mention that on the taco forum

 

If you end up test fitting, please keep us posted! Our intention wasn't for OEM caps to fit, but if they fit, they fit!

May be worth the $25 to buy and test fit an oem cap for compatibility I see other wheels on your site are listed "compatible with oem center caps and lug nuts"

Any thoughts of an 18x9 5on150 version for tundra?

 

I am very interested. I'm not the most knowledgeable on wheels and I'm wondering which offset would work the best. I have a 19 Pro and the only suspension mod I've done is the Eibach Pro spring lift. I'm on 285s and everything fits great now. Don't want to mess that up. Thanks!
