I have a 2014 4Runner 4wd and believe its time for new shocks. Do any of you have any recommendations?
The truck looks like a TRD pro. For instance, I do not know if I can put the Fox shocks from a TRD pro on there and gain 1" lift or if that would involve new springs.

I am not looking to lift the truck more than the 1" or so the Fox shocks would do, if that is doable. Otherwise, recommendations would be appreciated.

Do you have any badging? You can also type in your VIN to the Toyota website and it should say what you have. The TRD Pro front shocks are 1” higher so you’d be level. You can probably find a set of newer take off suspension for under $100.

Tons of people run Bilstein 5100's. They are tried and true, with adjustable lift for the front. They're also pretty reasonably priced. That being said, I've never ran them haha.
