    Hi everyone,

I am getting my 2021 4Runner TRD Pro in just a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone has tried or knows if ski racks on the roof rack can fit? I know people have found success with Thule Cargo Boxes but I'm hoping to fit simpler ski racks on top.

I also currently have the Thule SnowPack Ski Rack on my car so ideally I could stick with those if they fit. Just unsure if they will work.

    Thanks!

Yakima Fatcat 6 fits on factory crossbars no problem

On the TRD Pro roof rack though? So not just the standard crossbars

Unless the TRD Pro rack uses crossbars with some oddball geometry, the Yakima will fit. Just looking at the Pro rack crossbars however it looks very similar to the standard crossbars, which 100% fit without issue.

The Pro crossbars are similar if not the same shape/width as regular crossbars. It’s the way they mount to the rack frame and adjust that’s different.

Thanks guys! I guess then my question is that will the long skis themselves fit on the pro rack with the ski racks since the pro rack is higher on the back?

You can move the crossbars to the top rail (so they will be level with the top of the rack). Should be no issue.
