Mounting point under passenger seat

While looking under the passenger seat of my 2019 SR5 to see if there was space to mount some communications equipment, I came across this threaded insert. I haven't seen reference to these in any other posts about putting equipment in this location, so it was a surprise.

Does anyone know what this is for, and if there are more of them under the passenger seat? It could make my radio install much easier...

Thanks! I didn't come across that in my search - but it uses the existing seat mounting points, while I'm trying to figure out the purpose of the extra mounting point under the seat (and whether there's a bracket that goes with it for mounting things like a radio). Also the price point is well above what I was hoping I could get away with spending!
