I'd like to see that too. I actually have the very same GTR LEDs -- used them in the fogs on my last car -- but don't think it's even worth the hassle of experimenting with them in the Runner headlights. I don't believe they'll project farther than the H9s I wrangled in there.

Not a chance they’ll project farther than H9’s. Optically, I just don’t think it’s possible.

For sure they are better than the stock halogen older 4runners got. Those stock halogens were pathetic.

But 35W HIDs, Headlight Revolution SV4 and GTR Ultra 2.0 are way more brighter than Phillips XV100s. Just my experience, nothing against them.

Yep. They are super super bright and seem very well made, but they were a bust when I tried them in the projector headlights of my last car. Bright and white in front of the car, but distance illumination was not good. They were however killer in the reflector fogs on that car. Laid down a much wider and brighter carpet of light than the stock halogens. But of course, they were fogs so they weren't made to project far ahead to begin with. Anyway, point is that these LEDs do work well in at least some applications. But not in projector headlights.

Though I have really good light output with my LEDs I have one worry. They put absolutely no heat to the front of the headlight housing. Snow and ice might build up on my housing. I haven't faced a good snow storm yet to prove that after I got LEDs. If I did I'd definitely post a video about the problem.

Just received Oem Toyota fogs pt413-42191, for my 2015. Ordered from Jim Ellis Toyota in McDonough Ga. $109.25 to my door. Cheaper then Amazon, and free shipping. I ordered the black, they also offer a chrome reflector. As soon as weather warms up in NY I will install ,as I have no indoor space to work in. From reading other posts these are a direct replacement for the halogens. John Talentino of the parts dept. even e-mailed me (without asking) a color copy of install instructions, so I could familiarize myself with install. Great customer service.

This is a good install video. For OEM fog lights, skip removing the cover under the hood.

Thanks... these are plug and play oem. No need to run any wiring, or splicing. and I agree, no need to remove upper trim on top of grille area. Should be an improvement over stock halogens getting led performance without breaking bank. Lights in video show an unnamed led, not oem. Lights from Toyota also have the ability to aim beam vertically and have a great heat sink
