    That's an interesting one.

I have a ton of tire hop when I get on it now. It's like I put the pedal down hard and just kinda bounce down the road.

It's my 3uz headers. There's like no space under there so the runners are crazy short. Should sound mean though.

Probably won't have time to put them on till next month. I'm going to send my throttle body off to bobber bill at the same time to get ported and polished. Then maybe find some other doodads to mess with.

I think if I can locate one of those rare 4.7 TRD superchargers, that will be my next project. Bolting it on to the 4.3 is the easy part though. Everything after that is just full on headache.

Month old ad, let's see if he still has it. Or if they'll ship that behemoth. That is a fantastic price though. What's the catch?

Before you know it, the car I bought as a DD won't be suitable as one anymore

    Sounds reasonable enough

I need to do that too. I prefer to tool around in AWD mode, but VSC gets finicky fast in the dirt. Last couple of runs out I just locked the diff but I prefer not to if I don't really need it.

Doesn't look too hard, I'll probably just splice the wire at the master connection with a separate switch. Just need to get around to doing it.

mines an 03 so from what i've read its the interior box, same wire. But thankfully the early v8s had the wires ran already just not hooked up. I can splice in the wire i spliced from under the glove box over to the driver side and utilize the already provided plug and wiring for lighting. For the OEM look.

If I had known about it, I would have looked harder for an 08 just for the OEM capability. It was hard enough finding a clean 4wd as it was though.

word, i dont mine running a spliced wire over to the OEM wiring though. Makes it really simple.

I wish it didn't turn off everything, but I suppose I should probably learn how to drive without ATRAC eventually. I do prefer no ABS off road though so that's a bonus. I'd always lock the rear on the Tacoma to turn it off.
