    Yes and no. Just depends on the individual vehicle. Mine works most the time but occasionally throws ghosts at me. Haven’t recalibrated.

    Welcome from Wisconsin! Ours is riding on a 3"/2" so it maintained the factory "rake", it has not been recalibrated, although when the dealership put in the lift/leveling kit I was told if the system reacts by throwing a code or such, it would cost out of pocket to recalibrate. Some act differently than others, I believe it is how it was built, meaning some are a bit more accurate than others from the factory, if yours just meets minimum requirements to get out the factory door, it may be affected differently. There is certainly nothing wrong with getting it recalibrated after the fact, wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry?
