My TRD OFF RD PREM 2019 came without KDSS suspension. I'm mostly concerned with the diff it makes on the Hwy. It apparently reduces body roll when cornering. OK, but I'm wondering if my Off Rd without KDSS, with Fox Suspension, is the same as any other 4Runner (diff yrs, models) without KDSS. Or would mine tend to have more body roll with suspension designed for Off Rd models? I notice some side to side movement on straight Hwy as suspension cushions the ride. If I hadn't heard off KDSS, I'd never have noticed! ‍♂️

    Welcome to the forum!

I don't see why yours would be different than any other TRD off-road. If you are happy with the ride, I wouldn't worry about it. It's not something that could easily be added, anyway.

Maybe a better way of explaining what I meant is:
Is the ORP 2019 different from any other 4 Runner make model or year without KDSS. Or does my suspension system designed for off road cause more sway on Hwy. Or, is the ORP any diff from the Pro which doesn't have KDSS as far as sway is concerned.

The off-road, off-road premium, PRO, and SR5 all have the same sway bars, except for the KDSS equipped off-roads. The PRO has upgraded shocks which might make it handle a little better than the rest.

A regular off-road will have more sway than one with KDSS. but, no more than an SR5.
