I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". When I started searching for a liner for my cargo area, so that my amazing 9 month old German Shepherd, could ride with us, I did the usual Google and Ebay searches. Most of what I found looked to be average quality covers that were more or less a guess, as far as fitment in my truck. I like things to fit well, and I was just not satisfied with what I was finding. That is until I found the Canvasback product. I read lots of reviews, and also watched a few Youtube videos, and decided that this one was for me. My truck has black Softex, with the red stitching, and so naturally I opted for that on the liner. The customer service at Canvasback was top notch. They answered all of my questions, and seemed happy to do it. I had to wait about 3 weeks to get mine, because they make them to order each and every time. I opted for the D ring cutouts, and all of the other cuts for the cargo shelf and outlets. I spent some time deciding if I wanted to cover all areas, or just the main floor and seat backs. I came to the conclusion that I would only cover what I cared about damaging, which naturally turned out to be everywhere. I ordered the main cargo cover, the sides, the rear tailgate cover, as well as a 24" flap to cover the bumper area. Once I saw what they sent me, I knew I made the right choice. One of my favorite touches was the fact that each person who handled it, initialed the instruction page. The one who sewed it and the one who shipped it. They also included a little gift bag with 2 dog biscuits. Nice touch! Since I live in Arizona, and our daily temps average around 100-110, I got out early and put everything in. I was amazed at the precision of the whole thing. It was an exact fit, and I do mean exact. There was plenty of Velcro attached where needed, and they even included a small extra piece. I have attached a few pics, and I apologize for the long post. If you are looking for a cargo cover, and have a little room in the budget, go for it, you wont be disappointed!Canvas 1.jpg canvas 2.jpg canvas 3.jpg canvas 4.jpg canvas 6.jpg

I've been very happy with my Canvasback cover. Mine only covers the seatback and floor. I didn't opt for side panels. I highly recommend Canvasback as well.

I had one in my CR-V when I had my business. When I looked at their site in March, they didn't offer the side panels which was disappointing. Will have to look again. Good review.
Found them. I have to learn to swipe sideways on my phone...

This is awesome!! I too have thought about getting something to protect my newly purchased 4runner from my GSD so he can ride in the back. I will definitely be looking into this company!

Seriously contemplating this product. I’m a firefighter rescue diver and have crazy amounts of gear at times and need a solid to protect the back end. This is on my radar. Thanks for the post

That’s exactly what I needed. Wondering if I should go with black or camo. Thanks for sharing.

I have the same setup, not a fan of the self adhesive velcro on the interior panels, but understand. Main issue i have is getting the adhesive to stick to the "softex" interior on the rear door panels. No matter what i do it falls off.

You can also get the seat cover flaps when you fold down the seats, these drape over the head rest area which protects them. I have the same set up without the hatchback and floor. Works amazing and fits perfect. It does help protect the plastic. Just moving gear, coolers, bags etc.. in the back will scratch the hell out of the wheel wells.

It may be worth asking, but I know that they build to order, and have a number of custom options. I have had great luck communicating with them, and they are very responsive. Let me know what you find out, because I am still eyeing a couple of things on their website.

If/when i order again, definitely getting the longest bumper flap and see if i can get the lower seat covers in one piece or velcro running the full length... may be time to learn to sew.

Those look great, especially the different colors and patterns.

I got a 4knines one off Amazon for ours, and have been very happy with it for less than $100.

Large. Fits and coverage are fantastic. If you go on Amazon and search the reviews under 4 Runner, there are a number of pics.

This is what led me to choose cargoliner. They're piece has no seam at the bottom or the back seat to the start of the cargo area. Basically just another place for hair and dirt to get lost.

@travelinscout did you have issues with the side panels sticking? I had to super glue the side ones down. :/ looks good now though.

If you mean the velcro strip that glues along the top edge, then I did a little. I just make sure I am careful if I take those side pieces off. I pretty much leave them on all the time.
