It Finally Arrived

Prior to this purchase, I have driven Tacoma’s for the last 11 years so I am aware of some of the issues as they are the same in Tacomas. The sound systems are definitely not the best in the world and the fuel mileage has always sucked. I have already purchased brighter LED bulbs for all of the interior lights and for the exterior lights that can be changed. As for tire balance and alignment, I am going to be replacing the tires and wheels with the lift kit. I used to work in a Toyota dealership service department for a number of years so I know enough people that I can ask about any TSBs.

I like the dark warm glow of the OEM interior lighting. I don't understand you folks that want bright warehouse lighting inside your vehicle.

This is my first black vehicle. Every truck I have owned for the last 20 years has been white. I was outvoted on color this time by my wife and son. I think I will like it once I get all my mods and add ons done. Unfortunately, I am not very patient when it comes to that and I want it all done NOW.

 

I ordered a set of (5) TRD Pro wheels a couple of weeks ago and had them the next day. I say “Pro” wheels but they are actually the gray wheels and not the black ones that come on the Pro so that may be why I was able to get them.

 

What is TBS ? That your talking about thanks
