That looks like a nice setup.

 

I love this setup! With how snug everything tucks away and the way the switch mounts inside the cab, this is ideal! The beam pattern really hucks light down the road, great for long-distance view.

I don't have any photos off-hand at the moment, but you can get a good view of both in the video linked above! I'll see what I can do about getting more photos live of the kit for everyone.

 

I have a rough country 30 inch light bar behind the grill that lights up Dallas. Its pretty awesome

 

The light bars look amazing! Even more amazing is how she doesn't damage her nails in the process..

Thinking about how I could install this in the lower grill on either side of the TSS...

 

Nice! Mounting lights in the upper grill is the way to go for the most reach (with no hood glare). I had a similar idea, except I used the SAE driving SS3 pods from Diode Dynamics. Much better optics and they're street legal as auxiliary high beams. I would recommend a more, uh... OEM looking switch for a dedicated 4Runner kit because that red rocker looks kinda goofball. This one is an SPDT from AnytimeBackupCamera, and it's setup to run with the high-beam stalk (HIGH), off, or anytime on (LOW).

 

I have the Ironman 4x4 light pods and I was looking for a place to mount it. Can you post a pic of how you mount the pods?

 

I don't have a good picture but you can see where they're mounted in the video above. There are 4 snap pins that hold the plastic upper grill to the hood latch bar. Replace with 5/16 hardware and you're set.
