I did just see one that had 404 and it was "How to use this Manual" lol. The rest of them popped up. So hopefully they will work for you. It does take some time to download them, but they're invaluable when you really need them. Good Luck and Welcome again T4R owner!!

2 beautiful trucks, some gorgeous scenery. One thing I miss about living in the desert even though we have our own beauty in a different way is Green and color like that. I’m originally from the Northern California where it looks similar to the pics you both share. That and the smell of the ocean.

I must have driven every country road in Buncombe County last night. So much fun. Very necessary coffee today before I throw the dogs in (lifting a 70 lb coonhound into this thing is gonna be fuuuuun) oh and I ripped my favorite jeans climbing up into it last night. Might need a step. The downside to being little. Hahah

Lol, I'm 6'6" and even I would have to hop a little to get in that thing. What size are the tires? They look like 37s.

Did the original owner regear? 35's should be a slogfest with a 4 cyl. especially up in the mountains. Congrats on your purchase.

So the guy I bought it from had zero idea, it was just a trade in. But I found the original owners daughter and she's passing my number along to him as I have a few questions, that being one of them. I mean, they're sluggish anyway - but yeah. I'm going to guess - probably not!

Well it was a good weekend for a couple of us then . My little road trip in my 90 yielded a pair of Kappa 9 speakers, bucket list !

Love the color on your new 4Runner, that would work really good in my AO.

You’ve gotta train the hound to jump in....LOL, but I get it I have 2 70+ pound dogs, old hurkybutt can’t jump in anymore he needs a little help.

The Aussie is an old gal with bad hind legs but even she tries to make the jump herself. Here they are at the shop yesterday, begging for popcorn. IMG_20200614_152240.jpg

Chonky butts! No room for you on the couch. You should see me trying to sleep in a queen size bed with these goobers and four snuggly cats. It's no wonder I have back pain, I'm doing gymnastics just to stretch out but someone ends of laying on top of me anyway. Plus the kid from time to time, and he's a lanky bean too.

Hahaha Thanks for the laugh this morning, I totally get it . Hurkybutt does the same thing to me, has to be touching me when we sleep. It’s weird out he can push his whole body against me, just kills my back.

I’ve gotten so used to it, it’s hard for me to sleep without him. Just get used to it I guess. Missy is more laid back, Hurks my road dog he loves the passenger seat, still a rowdy old fart though, fun to watch the hunting shows with. Smartest damn dog I’ve ever had, him and my grandson are glue.

Now that's sweet. Jeb is turning out to be a big snuggle bug too, and just glomps my seven year old any chance he gets. You can rough him up and he just wags his tail and doles out kisses. I do not regret dumping a guy who protested me getting another dog, and picking him up a day later ;)

Well I’m glad to see you got the 4Runner and are following through with us. That was a heck of a good buy ! I look forward to the updates on what your gonna do as you go along. I’m taking mine for an alignment tomorrow, it’s pulling to the right since I put on the new tires and tie rods. It’s ever so slight, just enough to be annoying.

Then I think I’m going to pull my front seats and take them to the upholstery shop and have them redone with new padding. I think after 30 years it’s about due.
    A97A29EC-F55B-440E-9A00-0E4324D4F538.jpg

And while that’s being done I’m going to pull the seat belts and see if I can refresh the dang thing that retracts, that little fly in the ointment has drove me bonkers.

They're not gonna put it on the rack are they?? I figured I'd be having to do a manual alignment.

I forgot to ask, did you figure out where the oil was coming from.

I’m not sure what they’re going to do, I found the place searching the web, it’s a mom & pop shop with Very Good reviews. I talked to the guy and I can tell they know they’re business, he says bring $80 cash and they’ll handle it.

Interesting....another lady 2nd gen 4Runner owner. Welcome to the zoo! I would offer you a slice of pie and coffee but I don't bake anymore. :computercoffee: lol

I am super jealous of you location. That is Gods Country. :amen: I hope to one day soon relocate to an area like that. So tired of living down here in Satans Crotch :bananadead: (SWFL).

I know a lil about the Runner, mine has schooled me well. You have a different engine than I but its still a runner. It will test your patience....trust me.

Satan's Crotch!! I am beside myself. I love seeing other ladies on forums. Thanks for the warm welcome! Yep, lots of learning to do. Right now I'm just trying to clean her up before I make any repairs.

Yes, clean the engine good then maybe you can get a better idea of where the leak is coming from.
