Went to install fogs just now and not sure if this is 2020 specific??
This connection had a push grommet through the drivers side fenderwell, not hooked up to anything. Under the hood it runs into a wire harness and merges with others.
Being the 3rd runner I've changed fogs in, just never saw this before.
Can someone take a look to see if your runner has this? Wide open, no tools needed to see it. Thanks!

i have 2016 limited which comes with oem front and rear parking sensors. that kinda looks like the parking sensor plug. do you also have them in the rears? i would have to take a picture of my plug to compare.

Okay it appears to be the same plug as my front parking sensors.

Thanks, now I wonder if I could add the sensors, lol. At minimum I'm gonna make them water tight, seems like a quality control issue from Toyota

Just got home and looked in the rear. Did not see any extra connector or unused wiring runs

for the rear sensor plug, it's located on the driver side. it's in the bumper behind the deflector. so it may not be in plain view.

Can someone with a 19 or older non limited please check? It's probably me. I had my 19 bumper off 2 times along with replaced the fogs 3 times and almost sure I would have saw an open connector!
    Thanks

    It's from my 20orp. Long story but I had a 19 orp and a 20 pro.

Must be on newer models; I was just under my 2016 4RTP today switching out stock fog lamps to LED’s and it does not have this connector… I would definitely seal it up with some electrical tape and you’re correct to say it a QC error on Toyota’s behalf.
