    New people from Memphis, see a lot of 4runners around lately and quite a few new members. I'll try to tag them here:

    @golfguy
    @mem4runner
    @Toy4rnr
    @FJ24Runner

    That should get the group going. Planning on a meet up eventually, been talking to a few of you already.

    Sounds good to me, it just needs to stop raining, lol.
    Here's a recent status pic I've got. Just installed sliders and ditch lights from caliraisedled.

    It's raining where you're at?

    J/K I'm driving a boat lately to work. I mean dang man, stop raining!

    Also, those look suspiciously like AllPro sliders. My wife has the same on her 4Runner (I like em enough I just have 2).

    They are pretty close now that you mention it, lol. Only real difference looks like the mounts. The back brackets are 'L' shaped so the also fit on the bottom of the frame.

    I never really considered theirs, its angled too I see. I really liked the tube bumper they used to make (didn't see it on their site at least) had it on the 2nd gen. That was some 18 years ago I guess, pretty sure it was allpro.

    This is awesome!

    Here's a better pic of mine from the weekend. All I've done so far is clean up the inside, replace the HVAC controls backlight bulb, and get her insured haha. I want to ditch these stock running boards asap, get the roof rack upgraded, and upgrade to a cold air intake. Definitely looking forward to a meetup, gonna need all the help I can get with this one!

    How about Friday or Saturday of this week? If that's too short of notice, just throw a few dates until a few of us can make it. If you want my personal info just PM me.

    Ahh I'm out of town the next couple weekends, but early March I'll definitely be around. I live in midtown, and I'm free most nights too.

    We are putting on some RSG Sliders on my friends Army Green Pro this Saturday, weather permitting. Maybe 1:00 - 2:00 PM, shouldn't take more than an hour or so. If you're interested in coming our way let me know. Afterwards, we just shoot the breeze for a bit.

    BTW love the red color Toy.

    Sounds good, I should be free then. Would be cool to meet y'all, and see the army green up close. Not sure how many are in town, but I've only seen the green twice.

    I'm in memphis area.

    @Toy4rnr
    Can you get a pic from in front looking straight on at a ditch light? I want to see how far out toward side the light sits.

    I've been thinking about a set of Caliraised low profile mounts but i also want lights pretty far to sides.

    I'll see if I can get a better straight on picture. They don't stick out much past the hood line. They do also sell an extension bracket, so you could add a 2nd light or use as an antenna mount. It's just a flat piece of metal 3-4" long or so.

    I got the lights with the side projectors, they really light up the sides, need to get some night shots while I'm at it.

    Thanks. Extension might be the way to go so i could fine tune position. I want to be able to angle light down close to front tire area but i don't want lights out so far they catch rocks/mud either. Hoping there is a sweet spot that works.

    I have a set of Baja Design Squadrons that i took out of foglight hole sitting in the garage. (switched fogs over to a street legal light). Seems like the BD might be good as ditch lights.

    I think I've met you once at a BWW about a year or so ago. I was driving an F150 at the time, but ended up going to Turkey Bay with a guy named Justin who drove a white 1st gen Tacoma.

    We'll be at my house for some easy mods tomorrow around 1:00, weather seems like it will be nice. Shoot me a DM if you need details.

    @totmacher I saw them on his rig yesterday and I was very impressed with how low profile they really are.

    Yeah. Those are tempting. There is Coastal Offroad also has DIY bumper kits.

    It's identical to the wife's SSO hybrid at 1/3 the cost. I am shipping to a friend in Texas and when it arrives I'll just go down there and build it over a weekend.

    Y'all want to try and meet up at shelby farms one weekend? Say first weekend in March, the 7th? Im trying to round up some people who are also not on the forums. I'm pretty flexible on weekend days, just figured I'd start with that day. Weve met on the back side of the park before, kinda where the dog park area is before.

    Sure, I'm trying to find a few days where it stops raining so we can go down to Hawk Pride and do the easy stuff. I'd certainly be happy to meet up at Shelby Farms too. Just shoot me a text if you don't get a timely response on here from me.

    Good deal, I just checked that place out. Looks like they have a sweet dirt track, lol. You planning a day trip, or staying overnight? That's not too bad a drive.

    Probably day trip but if we stayed overnight we'd probably just head to Tishimingo State Park which is a pretty cool campground about 20 minutes away.

    Bunch of Tacoma guys going camping and wheeling at Land Between the Lakes that weekend. March 5-8.

    That'll be some serious soggy mess that'll take at least 5 pressure washes and a few thunderstorms to clean off. LBL has a fine silty mud that gets in everything. It is credited with destruction of ACs, alternators, filters, interiors, wheel alignments, and other components.

    I think I'll be free early that Saturday the 7th too, going camping out at Ft. Pillow later that afternoon with the guys. Looking like a pretty nice weekend.
