Lots of things done. Did the fog light mod, picked up some nice oem headlights, avoided the secondary air pump failure thanks to slyfox 75 kit and, got rid of the fake angel eye headlights and also removed my front bug guard.

Installed my Victory4x4 roof rack over the weekend. Only one dark pic because it was 11pm when I finished but so far I like it. No appreciable wind noise on my commute today, I'll have to take it out on the freeway later to see at higher speeds. Best to follow the instructions, when they say don't tighten everything until you get it on the roof they mean it.

Knocked out a list of things on my 07.
    Changed the oil.
    Changed rear diff oil.
Drained and filled radiator (coolant looked good but I did it anyway).
    Flushed power steering.
    Cleaned MAF sensor.
    Installed a new air filter.

Finally got around to change out both my front, rear differentials and T case. Ran into the front differential drain plug curse and ended up welding the little shit to a 10mm hex key sine plug was stripped out replaced it with a Lexus drain plug. Also greased up my U joints, yolk sliders no more “clunk” when I come up to a stop. Got some free oem tail lights off a 2006 4Runner.

Just put one of these on my 2005 4runner (150,000 miles) from Amazon for $78 new. Fit perfectly. Also put two Lexus hood "holders", and now when you pull the latch by SW the hood springs up by itself, and holds up great. OEM stuff failed.

Did the rear differential with Valvolene 80/90 / non synthetic at 140,000 miles. 2W drive - I'm in Bahamas. 15 minute job. No jack stands required. Plugs came out easy.

Over the past few weeks, installed Freedom Off-Road UCA, new sway bar bushings and relocation kit, put my Bilstein 6112s on the top notch with 1/4 shim on driver side + alignment, cut new splash guard rubbers for both sides, and installed icon 2" rear springs and 10mm shim on driver....finally pleased with the way it looks

Well I got around to change out my spark plugs and do some other maintenance on my dumpster lol. Catching up on maintenance the previous owner did not do or did half ass.

Plugs weren’t all that bad with the exception that cylinder 3 plug was loose. I’m surprised that my truck didn't through a check engine light.

Mounted my RTT on my roof rack for the first time last night. I wasn't going to leave it on full-time but I am now. I don't want to do that again any time soon.

Added an AEM Dryflow non-oiled reusable air filter, K&N reusable cabin filter, Alla Lighting yellow LED fogs, and Apex Overland front recovery points.

Also beefed up my recovery gear with Tred 800 boards.

Also recently replaced my Kenwood with the excellent Pioneer AVH-2550NEX & couldn’t be happier with it. I placed a magnetic phone mount as shown using one of those removable 3M strips, a solution I would have loved to have figured out much sooner.

    @Bluesky 07 ...
Where do you have the usb cord mounted to? I want to have an exact mount like that and keep the cord tucked away. Looks good. I am also wanting some hooks like that..so stealing link. ;)

I ran this from the head unit USB port to the space behind the small panel circled below. (This isn’t my truck, just a pic that I found online that shows the panel.) I did that so I could plug other things into the head unit as needed, for example a thumb drive to upload firmware updates and so on, by just pulling off that little panel. Otherwise, you can’t reach the USB port on the radio I have b/c it’s on the back.

So the lightning cable for the iPhone just comes out from behind that panel up to the phone mount, which has a tiny cable clamp on the back. I can get a pic of my truck tomorrow if that would be helpful.

I just ordered new blacked out headlights from burtmanindustries.com and I will need to find something to do with my old headlights. They are the original headlights on an '05. The only problem is I'm deployed and we just got extended so I won't be able to ship until 1 July.

Have the X REAS system on the 03 Sport and had side sway from wind hitting from sideways going straight even though linkage and alignment were perfect. felt really unsafe. Got on Strutmasters and they made a replacement OEM kit to get rid of the hydraulics . had a shop last week for $350 do the whole job and WHAT A DIFFERENCE.! firmer feel in steering, no wind side sway. car had only 60k on it and already replaced bushings and end links with no success. parts, about $350 total.60419086893__4A3A75B6-90EA-44EC-B58E-C76BD6555B59.jpg

I dig em, had two sets. I will warn you though both sets started peeling from the top, but once it reaches a certain level it tapers off and you cannot see the break anymore, but its a pain. The new set started peeling within a month. If they didnt remind me of Altezzas Id have them coated lol
