i'm looking at adding an ARB front bumper and a Hilux 167 Snorkel (different than the tacoma arb version, and about 300 bones less). Want to take care of some maintenance as well. Need to get O2 sensors changes, new muffler installed, clean IAC Valve, and check up on repairing the bell cranks for my parking brake. I'd also like to get my front windows tinted finally.

I have a buddy that's done tons of ARB equipment installs so it would be a breeze to have done, but he is all the way in Mississippi. Not sure if I can swing it all or what. I need to sit down, do some number crunching and play it by ear. I'd really like to get the ARB to replace the brush guard I have up front. Get some real protection up there. Snorkel is more or less just because it looks cool. So it's not "necessary". Common sense says fix parking brake and everything else but damn does it get old fixing shit all the time.

    /thinking out loud.

LT would be a cool way to cap off the prerunner look of your rig. Maybe next look for a 4.7 Supercharger. Just because. Lol. Not sure if that's your style or not.

Right now it's a good mid travel. I don't think I'll do more than that honestly. It's not crazy and is capable with whatever I want to do with it. Dreaming would be the LT kit. But then I have to rebuy all the coilovers and stuff.

Installing stock rear shocks and they won't go on the peg on the axle. Grr

Swapped the springs though. 2011 4R rear springs sit high lol

We have "hot and humid" and "not so hot but still humid" and that's about it climate wise.

we've got seasons over here, 100* in the summer, -15* in the winter, and somewhere in-between for spring and fall. id rather it this way to be honest, but might be a product of never knowing any different

lol get off the island and move inland

Where I'm at goes 28-115 and I'm 30 min from SF which is 50s all year long and bitter cold and then 3 hours from Tahoe where it snows 20+ feet a year. My grandma lives in the snow, it's fun but it'd get old. I'll take my random rainy weekends and back to 73 like today.

Currently it's 12, it feels like -2, and I've had over a foot of snow since yesterday.

We've gotten about 75" of snow in the last 3 weeks

I will when I move to Florida, where the two seasons are still hot and humid, and cold that doesn't make sense because it's Florida.
