It won't get better. Get off the sinking ship. You'll be happier

You seem to have a good work ethic. That's a good trait

i understand the position youre in, I've been there myself. i manage a warehouse, and I've been a key part of how its run since i was 17, and i have spent at least 3 years of my employment picking up after other people. keep reminding yourself that your work doesnt go unnoticed, and if you want to hold out at the job, it may pay off. i started working at minimum wage, 10 hours a week. I've come a long way since then, even though I've told myself I'm quitting dozens of times. that being said, if you hate your job, don't keep working at a job you hate

Thanks @Emelianenkov and @wnelax04sr5 for the advice. I think I'm going to apply at some places and see what happens. I hate dreading going to work, and that's where I'm at right now. Not as bad as it was when I worked for UPS, but I feel like I'm on that slippery slope. I might not get hired on anywhere being a student and needing a somewhat flexible schedule. But it's worth a try. Thanks again fellas.

It might be better to work for a smaller chain or a local business. It depends what you want to do. You don't have to be doing logistics and loading/unloading..

my map lights are all jacked up. They must be the originals. Either way I got one out but it left a nasty mess behind. the other is half out. But now for some reason my dome lights aren't working. And they were before. Probably blew a fuse or something. I had to step away from it. It's 23 degrees out and i was getting frustrated. I'll tear into it on saturday when I have a ton of time.
