My LCA's and LBJ's are toast. My LCA bushings are toast. My CVs need to be rebuilt. My 5100's won't last too much longer. They're a hurting unit. My tie rods need to be replaced just out of safety concerns.

I waited 4 years and decided to finally pull the trigger

It's a pain in the ass with the automatic drivers window though. You try to close it all the way, it senses a disturbance in the force, and lowers the window back down

With the WeatherTech ones, you can get fronts or rears

my actual visor. when it was -30 last year i slammed my door to get some ice and snow to break off and the visor broke off with it. lol. i had like half of it left and i finally decided to rip it off. so now only part of the 3m tape is left.

Same. I think it's cause of the 5100's and the bad bushings

it used to be a really cool place to work. people were cool, pretty laid back. but recently it's gone to hell. no one takes pride in their work anymore, people are lazy. the store is a disaster area because no one on dayshift does their job and we don't have enough time to fix it all on night shift. It's pathetic. Very depressing really. Sucks for someone like me, when i condsider my work a reflection of myself and my department looks like shit even if i spend time i don't have to fix stuff. Also on top of the fact that I am like one of 3 young guys they rely on to pull alot of the weight. I thrive in that role but it gets old too.

I'm at a real impasse. Do i keep going and hope for it to get better or take a leap of faith and try to find something new.
