Anyone Recognize this Roof Rack or Basket?

Seen this pic on the “CarTrimHome” website a few weeks ago when I was taking a gander at the TRD Grill & Light Combo Kit; anyway I’m just wondering if anyone knew who makes it?
Not saying that I like it, but would be curious to see more information on it and the rear bumper as well.

 

I dont understand the ladder very much.

 

I don't believe that is a ladder. No way because it's simply not low enough. I think its a mount for rotopax and things, but mainly rotopax. I can't remember where I saw this rack or who makes it, sorry. When I saw it it was a prototype and not in production.

If u use the tire as the 1st step I think it would work

would like info on the rear bumper looks unique

 

It appears the rear bumper maybe an insert into the tow hitch.
It doesn't line up & the factory bumper is still there...

Nope, I did not. I haven’t checked “CarTrimHome’s” website in a while to see if they started selling it, but I do know they are selling an imitation GOBI rack now. May send an email and see what they reply.

 

I’m more interested in that rear bumper. it can protect my rear bumper from parking damage caused my others.
